charming hotel in a prime location
convenient coffee healthy option helpful staff cute stay
The hotel offered coffee and tea just outside the room, very convenient for a quick refreshment. breakfast downstairs had many vegan and healthy options along with fresh juices. the hotel had a lift, a feature i really appreciated. the staff were kind and helpful.
despite the charm, the hotel didn't consistently provide new water bottles in the room each day, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is very well located. it is near a metro station, as well as various restaurants and shops. the palace is also within walking distance this location.

The beautiful double room was super clean and cozy. ample pillows and a warm comforter contributed to a restful sleep. the shower provided very hot water. This was appreciated after a long day of exploration.

the hotel has a lift. this is especially helpful with luggage or mobility issues. breakfast is available downstairs and offers vegan choices. fresh juices and fruit are also available each morning.

faulty safe crowded breakfast
i must admit i was a little disappointed. the in-room safe wasn't working. i reported it, but it never got fixed . also, the breakfast area got quite crowded around 9 am making it difficult to find a free table. it could benefit from better organization or extended hours

diverse items convenient location
I found the breakfast items diverse and plentiful. The scrambled eggs and orange juice stood out as particularly delicious. The hotel's location is in the heart of the old town. It made walking to many cafes, shops, and the train station convenient.

The location is near Gamla Stan. It allowed easy access to major attractions. I found the breakfast delicious with so many fresh options. Tea and coffee were conveniently available in the hallway.
The hotel didn't offer new water bottles each day and I was advised to drink tap water.
